We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, tax adviser, accountant, law firm or insurance intermediary, and nothing on this website or in our services or products constitutes investment, legal, tax, accounting, insurance or other regulated professional advice.
No fiduciary, adviser-client, attorney-client or accountant-client relationship is created by your use of this website, our services or our products. Where personalised, regulated advice is required, it is provided by independent, licensed professionals — see section 8. Service deliverables are prepared on the basis of information you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of that information; we are not liable for conclusions affected by inaccurate or incomplete information. Deliverables are prepared for your personal use and may not be resold or redistributed. Timeframes we quote are good-faith estimates, not guarantees.
We never request, store or use your account passwords or login credentials, and we do not take custody of, move or manage your money or assets.
Our digital products (guides, planners, dashboards, templates and similar downloads) are licensed, not sold. On purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own personal purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or publish any product or substantial portions of it.
Digital products are delivered electronically. By purchasing and downloading a digital product, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose any statutory right of withdrawal that applies to digital content under EU consumer law once delivery has begun. Services are provided at fixed prices agreed in writing before work begins. Digital product prices are displayed at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in euro (EUR) and, where applicable, inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate. Payment is due as specified in the relevant order or engagement confirmation. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect engagements already agreed or purchases already completed.
All content on this website and in our products and deliverables — text, graphics, logos, page designs, templates, tools, code and compilations — is owned by or licensed to Mega Commercial Enterprises Limited and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.
