01 Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using this website (financialfinest.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclaimer, each incorporated by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website. If you engage us for services or purchase a digital product, these terms apply alongside any separate written proposal, order confirmation or agreement, which will take precedence in the event of any conflict.

Purchases from Financial Finest are also governed by the purchase terms published by Mega Commercial Enterprises Limited at megacommercialenterprises.com/terms-of-service, which you are asked to accept at checkout. Where those terms and these terms differ on payment, supply or withdrawal, the Mega Commercial Enterprises terms govern.

03 Information, Not Advice

Financial Finest provides financial information, education, organisation, assessment and professional coordination services. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, tax adviser, accountant, law firm or insurance intermediary, and nothing on this website or in our services or products constitutes investment, legal, tax, accounting, insurance or other regulated professional advice.

No fiduciary, adviser-client, attorney-client or accountant-client relationship is created by your use of this website, our services or our products. Where personalised, regulated advice is required, it is provided by independent, licensed professionals — see section 8. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on information we provide, and you should always verify important decisions with qualified professionals and official sources.

04 Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to: use the site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or connected systems; introduce malware or other harmful material; scrape, harvest or copy content or data by automated means without our written consent; or use the site to transmit unsolicited advertising. We may restrict or withdraw access to the site, or any part of it, at any time without notice.

05 Our Services

Our services include the Expat Money Assessment, the Financial Relocation Roadmap, the Financial Organization System, Trusted Advisor Matching, and the free introductory Money Check call. Each service consists of information, education, organisation and coordination deliverables as described on the relevant service page and confirmed in writing before work begins.

Service deliverables are prepared on the basis of information you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of that information; we are not liable for conclusions affected by inaccurate or incomplete information. Deliverables are prepared for your personal use and may not be resold or redistributed. Timeframes we quote are good-faith estimates, not guarantees.

We never request, store or use your account passwords or login credentials, and we do not take custody of, move or manage your money or assets.

Your right to cancel a service. If you are a consumer and you engage a paid service at a distance (by email, phone or online), you may cancel within 14 days of the day the contract is made, without giving a reason, by emailing [email protected] or using the model cancellation form in section 18. If you ask us to begin work within those 14 days you may still cancel, but you will pay a proportionate amount for the work done up to the time you tell us; if the service has been fully performed within the 14 days at your express request, the right to cancel is lost. Refunds are made within 14 days of cancellation using the original payment method. The free Money Check call involves no payment and no cancellation formalities.

06 Digital Products

Our digital products (guides, planners, dashboards, templates and similar downloads) are licensed, not sold. On purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own personal purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or publish any product or substantial portions of it.

Digital products are delivered electronically, immediately after payment. As a consumer buying at a distance you would normally have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase. At checkout you are asked to expressly request immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you lose that right of withdrawal once the download begins; we then confirm your order, including that request and acknowledgement, by email before you download. For that reason we do not refund a digital product on a change of mind once it has been downloaded.

Your statutory rights if a product does not conform are unaffected. If a product is defective, incomplete or cannot be accessed, contact us at [email protected]: we will bring it into conformity, and if we cannot do so within a reasonable time you are entitled to a price reduction or a full refund. Nothing in these terms limits your non-waivable statutory consumer rights.

Products contain general information and frameworks; they are not tailored to your circumstances and do not constitute advice (see section 3).

07 Free Calculator & Tools

Free tools on this website, including the Moving-Abroad Financial Calculator, produce general estimates based on simplified assumptions, typical cost-of-living relationships and indicative exchange rates. Outputs are for education and initial planning only. They are not predictions, quotations or advice, and actual costs, rates and outcomes will differ. We accept no liability for decisions made in reliance on tool outputs.

08 Professional Referrals

Through Trusted Advisor Matching and related coordination we may introduce you to independent, licensed professionals such as financial advisers, tax professionals or attorneys. These professionals are not our employees, agents or partners. Any engagement you enter into with an introduced professional is a direct contract between you and that professional, on their terms.

We conduct good-faith vetting of the professionals we introduce, but we do not supervise their work and are not responsible for the advice, services, acts or omissions of any third-party professional. You are responsible for satisfying yourself as to a professional's suitability before engaging them.

09 Pricing & Payment

Services are provided at fixed prices agreed in writing before work begins. Digital product prices are displayed at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in euro (EUR) and, where applicable, inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate. Payment is due as specified in the relevant order or engagement confirmation. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect engagements already agreed or purchases already completed.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Financial Finest is a brand of Mega Commercial Enterprises Limited, so your card statement and your Stripe receipt will show MEGACOMMERCIALENT rather than Financial Finest.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in our products and deliverables — text, graphics, logos, page designs, templates, tools, code and compilations — is owned by or licensed to Mega Commercial Enterprises Limited and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted (personal use, or the product licence in section 6), you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any content without our prior written consent. “Financial Finest” and associated logos are brand names and trade marks of Mega Commercial Enterprises Limited.

11 Accuracy of Information

We work hard to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but financial rules, tax laws, banking policies and costs change frequently and vary by jurisdiction and circumstance. Content is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing on this site should be relied upon without independent verification.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: we exclude all liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of savings, loss of data or loss of opportunity arising from your use of this website, our tools, products or services; and our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any service or product shall not exceed the amount you paid us for that service or product in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including non-waivable consumer rights.

14 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mega Commercial Enterprises Limited, its directors, employees and agents from and against claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of this website or our products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to this website, and either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with its written terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 3, 6, 10, 13 and 14) survive. If you terminate an engagement mid-delivery, fees for work already performed remain payable.

16 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them, except that if you are a consumer resident in another jurisdiction you retain any protections and forum rights granted by mandatory local consumer law.

17 Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows the current version. Material changes will be signposted on this website. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
