If you bought a service from us as a consumer and want to withdraw while you still can, this page explains your right and gives you a form to do it. We confirm receipt by email.

01 Your Right to Cancel
If you engaged us as a consumer, you may withdraw from a service within 14 days of paying, without giving a reason. Because you asked us to start straight away, if you withdraw before the service has been fully performed you pay for the part of the work carried out up to the time we receive your notice, as a proportion of the full fee, and we refund the rest. Once the service has been fully performed (your session has taken place or your deliverable has been sent to you) the right to withdraw no longer applies (Terms of Service, section 5).
Digital products are delivered immediately at your request; the right to withdraw ends once the download begins (section 6). If a file is faulty, email us and we replace it. If you bought for a business, trade or profession, there is no right of withdrawal.
