Emergency Financial Binder
Everything your family would need to find, in one organised place — before it is ever needed.
If something happened to you tomorrow, could the person who loves you most find your accounts, your policies, your wills and your passwords — in two countries, in two languages? For most households the honest answer is no. This fixes that in an evening.

Who this is for
A good fit if
- Anyone with dependants, and anyone whose affairs span two countries.
- Anyone who has thought “nobody else knows where any of this is.”
Not for you if
- You want a will. This is not a legal instrument and does not replace one.
- You want it done for you. The Financial Organization System service does that.
Questions people actually ask
Is this a will?
No. It records where things are and what you want. Wills, powers of attorney and healthcare directives must be prepared under the law of the relevant country, and cross-border estates usually need documents in each.
Do I write my passwords in it?
No, and the binder tells you not to repeatedly. You record where the credential lives and how emergency access works, never the credential itself.
Printable or digital?
Both, and they are the same document. Many people keep the digital copy current and print it once a year.
Get all four for €99
The guide explains, the planner sequences, the dashboard tracks, and the binder protects. Bought together they are one system rather than four files, and the Start Here document tells you which to open first and in what order. Buying the four separately costs €151.
